NEW Vice Chair Lisa Walsh leads PepsiCo’s global Costco team, responsible for all lines of PepsiCo business, domestic and international. She is charged with advancing PepsiCo’s strategic partnership with Costco, ensuring mutual growth and revenue objectives are achieved. Prior to this role, Walsh served as senior vice president, Frito-Lay sales and marketing, responsible for the oversight of Frito-Lay marketing and sales integration, alignment of retail customer plans across the U.S. and representing the sales function across various Frito-Lay governance boards. She also led the sales operating model across the Frito-Lay enterprise. She previously served as senior vice president, PepsiCo U.S. sales, with responsibility for leading a “One PepsiCo” approach across the sales organization, managing the full PepsiCo portfolio across multiple retail customers and developing sales strategies for new businesses such as eCommerce. Walsh also led PepsiCo’s Retail Advisory Council, responsible for collaboration and engagement with various strategic regional retail customers. She has represented PepsiCo multiple industry association boards, councils and committees. Prior to her career at PepsiCo, Walsh held strategy, sales and category management roles at Reckitt Benckiser and spent time at Nielsen and IRI. She is a past board member of National Grocers Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lafayette College.
