Sophia has extensive human capital consulting experience at Deloitte, specializing in D&I assessments, D&I strategy development and execution, custom inclusive leadership/unconscious bias experiential lab design and facilitation, change management, communications, and social media marketing across the public and private sector. She uses her experience supporting global clients navigate large-scale transformations to bring client D&I efforts from insight to impact. Leveraging her passion for human-centered design, she develops actionable D&I strategies and solutions that create inclusive cultures where disruptive innovation thrives and as an experienced D&I facilitator she has facilitated D&I experiences for over 2000 employees at Fortune 500 organizations.
Sophia holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Sociology from Georgetown University.
