Marla is Senior Vice President of small format sales where she leads Frito-Lay’s $5.9 Billion in small format channels of business. These channels include Convenience, Drug, Dollar and Small Grocery. Within her role, she is responsible for the Immediate Consumption portfolio across FLNA.
With over 26 years of PepsiCo experience, Marla has held several sales operations and customer management roles. She is skilled in leading large frontline teams, executing against a joint business planning process, developing quarterly priorities and marketing campaigns, expanding innovation, and growing distribution of PepsiCo’s snack portfolio to increase revenue.
Marla is actively engaged in PepsiCo’s NEW (Network of Executive Women) employee resource group where she serves as a PepsiCo ambassador and on the NEW board.
