Ezinne Kwubiri - Change Agent. Diversity Leader. Innovator. Ally Ezinne is an Alumni of Howard University’s School of Business where she majored in accounting and business strategy. It was here that Ezinne’s passion for project management and cultural development was ignited. Ezinne professional career began in the financial services industry, though she quickly set her sights to the media and entertainment industries. During her 11-year tenure at Viacom Media Networks, Ezinne served in various roles in auditing, compliance, project management, change management, diversity & inclusion and employee engagement. Ezinne’s expertise in project execution and people management, quickly landed her on projects in major markets from the United States, to Europe, to Asia. These professional experiences have provided her with a vast portfolio and knowledge, managing different cultures and business strategies. Ezinne’s latest professional adventure is at fashion retailer, H&M, as the first Head of Inclusion & Diversity for the brand’s North America market. Named by The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty in 2017, Ezinne’s proven track record for executing with excellence, driving innovative results, and championing for progressive change, speak for themselves.
