Alicia Petross leads the development and execution of The Hershey Company's diversity and inclusion strategy. She partners with key functional and country leaders to develop more innovation and robustness in Hershey’s global climate and inclusion programming. Petross and her team work across the enterprise to ensure greater integration with talent acquisition teams and provide strategic leadership for Hershey’s eight business resource groups, which create professional development and inclusion opportunities for employees.
Externally, Petross represents the company in key industry commitments, including Paradigm for Parity and the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion. She joined Hershey from the Target Corporation, where she played a key role in advancing and executing inclusion and engagement strategy. Previously, she held various roles, including store team leader, at the Dayton Hudson Corporation, where she was the first African American woman to hold this position.
