Erin Rath Moos
Erin Rath Moos Senior Director, Reputation Management Target Corporation Erin Rath Moos is the Senior Director, Reputation Management, at Target Corporation. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts around reputation & risk, issues management, escalated risk events and crisis management. She leads these cross-functional initiatives to anticipate, prepare for, respond to and recover from reputation issues, incidents and crises. She previously developed and led the enterprise risk program at Target, as well as held positions on Target’s communications team. Before coming to Target, Erin worked in government and politics, including serving as the director of communications and appropriations for former U.S. Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) for nearly a decade in Washington, D.C., and working in leadership positions on several political campaigns. She also served as deputy campaign manager for former U.S. Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN). Erin holds a master’s degree in liberal studies with a focus in public policy from Georgetown University, a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, and completed the Humphrey Policy Fellows program at the University of Minnesota. Erin is on the board of directors of the Issues Management Council.
