Dr. Pamela Cohen

The Mom Project Labs

Dr. Pam Cohen is a social research scientist and president of The Mom Project Labs, the research division of The Mom Project.  Her expertise in in defining and measuring attitudes linked to behavioral outcomes in a wide variety of settings. She combines qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to analyze data on attracting, engaging and retaining talent, corporate reputation, and social responsibility and links those and other intangibles to key performance indicators. Her teaching and research has focused extensively on social psychology, psychology of the lifespan, research methods and corporate social responsibility.  She holds a PhD from the University of Michigan in Sociology (Social Psychology), and masters degrees in Education and in Sociology also from the University of Michigan. Her bachelors degree is in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.
